We are specialty coffee roasters, on a mission to build & support local community. We curate two brick & mortar spaces in Tuolumne County, CA, where locals and visitors alike can discover, create, and grow authentic connections with others while enjoying organic specialty craft-roasted coffee and nourishing, real food, pastries, and teas. ORIGIN STORY
We love drinking coffees from specific origins - the farms or regions that make different coffees unique and special. We'll send you a 12oz bag from our current selection of single origin coffees and share a few nuggets of knowledge we have gleaned of those areas, too.
