This traceable community blend with a vibrant regional profile comes from 60 producers with small farms in the municipalities of Isnos, San Agustin, Acevedo, and Pitalito within the department of Huila. Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest cherries, depulp, ferment, wash and gently dry the parchment on raised beds. We love the bright, sparkly cup that this light-medium roast brews, and it shines using pourover methods, both hot and iced.
