This is a certified organically grown, washed process coffee produced by a co-op of farmers largely identified as Tzotzil, an indigenous people group of the Chiapas region in southern Mexico. This highly drinkable offering is the epitome of "smooth" coffee - silky mouthfeel, subtle chocolate and delicate caramel with a bit of ripe raspberry sweetness that lingers on the tongue and has you reaching for a refill, or two.
