A delightful organically-grown, naturally (dry) processed coffee from some of the highest elevation farms of the Sidama region. Smallholder farmers bring their lots to the Testi Ayla processing station in the small town of Bombe, where cherries are hand sorted, floated, then sun dried for 21 days. We love the sweet tropical fruit and warm fig and cocoa notes.
